We also provide analytics that combine clinical knowledge with big data technology and techniques to transform petabytes of data into meaningful solutions for our customers.ResponsibilitiesDescription:The Knowledge Management Analyst is responsible for assisting the Knowledge Lead with continuity of DHA Global Service Center (DHAGSC) supported KnM services, and to aid in championing organization-wide knowledge sharing, so that the organizations know-how, information and experience is shared inside and (as appropriate) outside the organization with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Requires the ability to interpret, understand, create, update and maintain knowledge base. Involves development and preparation of knowledge articles and maintaining repository for internal staff and external customers. The Knowledge Management Analyst works under the direction of the Knowledge Lead to accomplish day-to-day Knowledge related taskings and special projects.Responsibilities

Assist global customers at Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) and MHS Program Offices with knowledge content creation, validation, editing, and publishing of knowledge articles to the Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS).

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.

Create technical documents required by an enterprise organization.

Ensure compliance with DHA policies and procedures.

Successfully contribute to the KnM established goals, objectives and performance measures.

Process user feedback and address issues with new and historical technical documentation.

Work within the context of multiple electronic projects and programs to ensure success in creating articles and maintaining the enterprise Knowledge Base.

Manage knowledge files, create and maintain electronic archival system for documentation.

QualificationsSkills:

Strong customer service and communications skills, both oral and written in order to relate information in a direct and succinct method.

Strong critical thinking, writing and editing skills to achieve quality content.

Understand how to research to verify, coordinate, and implement the best solution.

Proven technical competency in the following areas:

 Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook BMC Remedy version 8.x or higher Desktop Publishing Software (Preferred)Requirements:

Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust) or the ability to obtain one.

Relevant technical certifications and/or relevant Service Desk, Desktop or MHS Application experience.

Current Security+ Certificate or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

90 day evaluation period after selection to position.

Dependable attendance, independent - self-starter who takes initiative to accomplish daily tasks.

Attention to detail and quality driven.

Ability to work in groups on team projects.

Working knowledge of AD support structure/MJAD AD structure.

Working knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of software, hardware and connectivity issues.
