PM Saute Cook. Full Time or Part Time Serve Safe certified. Knowledge of all knife cuts necessary. Ability to multi task, follow instructions. Able to stay ahead with prep relating to current menu, and any menu changes. Knowledge of all safety precautions and sanitation procedures while completing prep/cook list. Ability to stay organized in a very busy kitchen, especially during peak business times. Ability to think ahead and solve problems that are unexpected, thus keeping the station running smoothly.
