The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for performing general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, and responding to customer service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services per assigned schedule and according to policies and procedures Inform manager of supply needs; keep storage area well organized and locked
- Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments
- Daily walk the property for curb appeal, condition, deferred maintenance and safety issues to meet Inspection
- Report standards and "I would live here" test Notify manager of any safety concerns.
- Participate in safety meetings
- May require training to receive additional regulatory and environmental certifications such as lead, asbestos renovations/repairs, HVAC and CFC I, II and universal
- Responsible for swimming pool daily maintenance and cleaning
