Description:
Roosevelt Mobile Home Park, located on the southside of San Antonio, is looking to hire a part time landscaping and general maintenance person.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and gardening.
Ensure all areas of the property are clean, safe, and well maintained.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance and lawncare.
Strong knowledge of landscaping equipment and grounds maintenance.
Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
