Absolute Resourcing is currently looking for a hard-working Dispatcher/Recruiter to join our team.
Full Job Description:
Individual must have strong communication/ Client Relationship building skills, and Excellent phone personality.
Some of the duties will include
Assist new applicants with the employment process, answer questions and qualify potential temporary employees for eligibility to work using E-Verify/Public Data/LCP tracker/Drug testing employees
Dispatching by preparing work tickets, distributing safety equipment PPE Gear, selecting employees for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location.
Assist supervisors in preparing timesheets for payroll.
Will be required to have dispatcher phone at all times.
Work schedule is:
Monday thru Thursday
5:30 am - 2:30 pm NO EXCEPTIONS
Fridays
5:30 am - 11 am then come back at
2 pm till 5 pm for employees.
Bilingual (ENGLISH/ SPANISH) is a plus but not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Salary $34K + monthly bonuses after 90 days
Experience: Dispatcher, or Scheduling is a plus, but not required
Qualifications
-Computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and outlook MUST KNOW NO EXCEPTIONS, YOU WILL NOT BE TRAINED ON THIS
