We are a 15 year old regional mortgage loan servicing company based in San Antonio looking for a Customer Service Specialist. This position is support for customer in-bound calls for assistance with their mortgage loan issues. Ideally, the candidate would be able to answer calls and provide first-level support for customer issue resolution using our software. Second-level support would be to transfer the call to the proper department for resolution. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and empathy for customers and their inquiries concerning their most important asset - their home.
This is a full-time, non-remote position. Business hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F. Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) a huge plus. Please send a resume for consideration. We are looking for immediate or reasonable time-frame hire.
