We have a Real Estate investment company in Texas with a small portfolio in San Antonio and can use several business assistant managers.
You do not have to have any experience at all, can even be straight out of high school or simply not sure what you are wanting to do with your life but would be nice to find someone disciplined, consistent, available and looking for a long-term situation where I can teach you how to manage, invest, advertise, maintain and make money in the real estate industry while still paying you an hourly rate.
I have enough property managers at this time working for me however I am looking for several serious individuals who are interested in the real estate business regardless of what duties I give you whether it's making phone calls to create lists on projects we are trying to put together, overseen that work is done at a property by contractors in preparations for a tenant, creating a relationship with tenants to make sure the property is being maintained and that rents are being paid, filing an eviction for tenants who are not paying rent, advertising properties available for rent throughout all social media outlets, tenant screening, getting the best proposal secured for a make ready on a unit, etc.
Posting ads on Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, offerup, instagram, YouTube etc is a huge benefit to us so if you have any problems or issues with advertising, marketing, posting promoting properties, etc this is probably not an opportunity that you would be interested in. However, if you that is no problem with you, you are interested in the real estate business long-term and are able to start ASAP we are willing to pay $15 an hour to start somebody who is willing to work at least 20 hours a week and get PAID CASH AT THE END OF YOUR DAY, this may be a great opportunity for you.
Morning afternoon and night shift available.
If interested you can call Mark at 210-845-3572 to leave a voicemail or you can text him and you of course always have the opportunity to send a resume through this posting.
Thank you greatly.
