MANAGER for Small Apartment Community
Compensation: Equivalent hourly pay with bonus- $12.96 per hour.
Employment type: full-time
We need a great person to run our small apartment community. You should be someone that can work by yourself and be a self-starter. Experience with supervision of employees is a plus but not required; you will be supervising one employee.
JOB REQUIREMENT: Basic knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
JOB DUTIES: Manage the community including renting and marketing the apartments and rent collections.
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1 hour meal break, daily)
Saturday: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
PAY (2 different pay packages available):
Live On-Site - $1,308 a month in payroll wages plus free 2 bedroom -1 bath apartment all bills paid ($1,050 value
TAX FREE). In addition, you are on a bonus program that has pays an average of $415 a month.
Total Compensation =$2,773 monthly
Live Off-Site - $9.62 per hour. In addition, you are on a bonus program that has pays an average of $415 a
month. Equivalent hourly pay with bonus- $12.01 per hour.
