Milestone Mergers is a Merger and Acquisition Firm specializing in the Mortgage, Banking and Credit Union Industries.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to call Owners, CEO’s and Presidents of Mortgage Companies, Banks and Credit Unions that have visited our website.
The primary function of this job is to set Zoom meetings with these individuals to meet with one of our Partners to discuss buying or selling a mortgage company. Or just discuss the M & A Market in general.
This is a remotely based position. We have an auto dialer system that will dial for you. You will need a high speed internet connection.
BDM Tasks and Qualifications:
Start conversations and set appointments for Partners.
Must be a confident communicator who thrives on human interaction
Must be a self-motivated individual comfortable with cold calling
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years in B2B sales experience
BASE SALARY
$25 per hour. Your choice of how many hours to work up to 30 hours per week.
BONUS
$50 for first appointment set and shows per week.
$100 each for the 2nd and 3rd appointments set and shows in same week.
$200- each for 4 or more appointments set and shows in the same week.
Average hourly rate is $48 per hour.
The interview process for this job is a two-step process. First you send in an audio recording of the below script. If your voice fits what we are looking for, the second step is a 30 minute interview. If hired, you can start the following Monday.
