We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced electrician to join our team.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrician with experience in automotive, RV, or specialty vehicle electrical systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, custom-build environment. You’ll be responsible for wiring, troubleshooting, and installing electrical systems tailored to each unique vehicle project.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain 12V, 24V, and 120/240V electrical systems in specialty vehicles.
Wire and integrate generators, inverters, shore power systems, and battery setups (AGM/Lithium).
Install lighting, outlets, switches, breakers, and custom electrical components.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and custom build schematics.
Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
Work closely with fabricators, installers, and designers to ensure systems are installed safely and correctly.
Ensure compliance with safety codes, best practices, and company quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in electrical work (automotive, RV, marine, or specialty vehicle preferred).
Strong understanding of AC/DC electrical systems.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and create clean, organized electrical installs.
Experience with power distribution, generators, solar, and battery banks is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various positions inside vehicles.
Valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience with food truck or mobile business buildouts.
Knowledge of inverter/charger systems (e.g., Victron).
Understanding of plumbing or HVAC systems in mobile environments.
Fabrication or general upfitting experience.
