Our Qualifications and Expectations:

Must be NABCEP PV Installer Certified

Designs systems face to face with homes owners in their home

Present the benefit of solar to homeowners, and close deals on this basis: home value increase, ROI, Rebate, etc

Display strong negotiation, sales presentation, & closer skills

Supporting customer needs throughout the sales process finding solutions to any issues

Meeting company sales targets along with setting goals to exceed for yourself

Required skills:

Availability to run 2-3 appointments daily between the lead times given

Must be flexible to work evening in-home sales appointments and Saturdays

Must have reliable transportation and willingness to drive throughout territory
