Mortgage Trainer 100% Remote Responsibilities:- Work closely with the mortgage operations and sales teams to help execute the onboarding and day to day training support for a variety of different mortgage roles.
- Build a mortgage operations onboarding program and growing existing content as appropriate for learning needs
- Coordinate engagements for education delivery with internal and external clients
- Manage workload/schedule between development and delivery needs based on guidance from leadership
- Apply principles of instructional design and subject matter expertise in order to build out training materials
- Deliver training sessions as required by business needs
- Support the development or authorship of new learning, policy, or procedural content
- Assist in the planning, developing, and delivery of mortgage training projects based on project/business needs
- Modalities include but aren't limited to: Classroom events Webinars Web-based self-study courses
- A thorough understanding of the mortgage process and key players in the industry; direct mortgage banking experience preferred
- Ability to stand and deliver training to various sized audiences (including expertise in running remote or virtual sessions)
- Outstanding verbal and written skills, including authoring learning content and/or technical documentation
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and support
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
- Strict attention to detail and concern for accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to perform detail-oriented job functions with limited supervision as well as participate in team efforts
- Experience authoring, editing, and/or reviewing written documents, preferably on mortgage banking topics
