Description Our esteemed client in San Marcos is in search of a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to enhance their financial team. Ideal candidates will have a knack for maintaining accuracy and timeliness of all accounts receivable functions.Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure timely, accurate invoicing and apply payments.
Reconcile A/R to the general ledger.
Maintain and organize client files, contracts, and invoices.
Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
High school diploma required, associate's or bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.
Proficiency in accounting software, databases, and MS Office.
Excellent mathematical skills and the ability to handle and organize records.
