Here’s what you can expect:
-Home every night & weekends off! No overnight stays
-Monday through Friday runs mainly around the San Antonio / Austin Metro areas.
-Weekly pay & direct deposit — get paid fast!
-No HazMat loads — just steady, non-hazardous freight
-NO TARPING! Strap-N-Go
-This is a 1099 position, you are dispatched by my customer, not me
-Brand NEW Peterbilt 567 and 48' Step Deck! You will be the first driver to put this truck to work!
-Automatic Transmission.
-You break it, you buy it, you lose it, replace it I'm not here to babysit and will not micromanage you, however I do have high expectations in that you show up on time every day, do your job and go home safe to your family If you need someone to make sure you wake up on time or need someone to pick you up for work, or get the beer flu on Monday, this is not the outfit for you!
-Trucks will average $1450.00 per week (Based on our other truck working at this location that has an amazing driver who is not afraid to work.)
What we need from you:
-At least 2 years verifiable experience driving an 18-wheeler.
-Clean driving record & pass pre-employment drug test & background check
-Comfortable grossing 80k lbs.
-Flatbed experience is a must
-Reside within 30 min of San Marcos. (Your day will begin and end at the same location daily)
-Reliable Transportation.
-Basic PPE: safety vest, hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety glasses (some loading sites require it)
-Great attitude If ya don't play well with others, Stay home and keep scrolling
-Physically able to climb onto trailers to adjust straps, cables and chains when needed.
-Ability to lift the hood of this truck and do a proper pre and post trip inspection.
-NON-SMOKER is a MUST, I'm okay with Vaping.
