Job Description:
  • Energetic candidate to manage projects and vendor deliverables related to the leasing of Macro network locations.
  • Supporting the requisition of purchase orders and managing vendor deliverables through data integrity.
  • Supporting leasing, regulatory compliance and land use for Network Real Estate for major US based wireless provider.
  • Interpreting, applying and implementing organizations policies and procedures.
  • Providing project management input, review evaluation of budget and purchase orders on assigned projects.
  • May attend public meetings or other land use meetings as needed in support of wireless network macro build opportunities.

Client is looking for:
  • End to end project manager, self-starter organized, works well with little oversight.
  • Candidates follow up and follow through with priorities and escalation as assigned.
  • Candidates have got excellent problem solving skills, and can work effectively with a variety of stakeholders in a fast paced changing environment.
  • Candidates are driven to resolve problems and overcome hurdles, and candidates approach every situation with a can-do, solution oriented, team-player attitude.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of work experience.
  • Valid driver's license.

Even better if candidates have:
  • A degree.
  • Ability to provide reporting views via Visual data Tablu
  • Ability to run and report on project status through Excel Google Sheets or other tools.
  • Business Marketing Experience.
  • Real estate/construction experience with some IT or PM experience, or the IT/PM experience with the ability to learn processes and adapt quickly via data creation.
  • Property management, site acquisition, land use entitlements, or real-estate affiliated legal.
  • Ability to read understand in interpret and action real estate agreements as ordinances that pertain to wireless use.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills.
