The Revenue Cycle Support Services Representative is responsible for functioning as the "conduit" of communication between all departments of the Centralized Business Services (CBS) and other departments within Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) including but not limited to Attorney Liaisons, Bankruptcy, and File Support Staff units. The Revenue Cycle Support Services Representative maintains and updates patient records for bankruptcy filings, maintains and complies with attorney requests, supports the Centralized Business Services and other departments by pulling data as requested for audits.The ideal candidate is detailed oriented and has strong verbal and written communications skills.WHAT IS EXPECTED (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):Maintains and updates patient records for Bankruptcy filings

Maintains and complies with Attorney Requests

Supports the Centralized Business Services and other departments by pulling data as requested for audits Records all notes as needed for mail returns, requests for records, etc

Responsible for the scanning and indexing of documents in the imaging system

Responsible for opening all incoming mail and ensuring the distribution

Maintains the Main Mail Room Responsible for the printing and distribution of Medical Records for the CBS

Ensures all Return Mail is handled appropriately and the patient accounts are documented with notes of such return mail
