AZZ has an exciting 1st shift opportunity for an Electrocoat Technician at our Terrell Texas facility.Duties and Responsibilities.Performs chemical titrations and bath analysis in the various stages of pre-treatment and electro coat systems, as well as physical tests.Manage wastewater treatment systems to meet regulatory requirements and minimize environmental impact.Maintains inventories of chemicals and test supplies.Maintains the performance on the paint line process.Maintains the multi-stage pre-treatment, Electro coat, DI water and RO water systems within required operational parametersCollects samples and performs routine in-lab tests as requiredMaintains a log of operations and maintenance activities and related records
