Job Description
Freddy's is now hiringan Assistant Restaurant Manager withRestaurant Management, Supervisoror Restaurant Shift Leader experience to join our fun and successful restaurant team. The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager has a strong desire to uphold standards and achieve company goals while promoting professional management fundamentals.
- Base salary of $38,000to $45,000 per year +
- $1500 sign-on bonus: $750 following completion of 6-week MIT + $750 following 90 days of employment
- Monthly bonuses
- On-the-job training and ongoing development

Qualifications
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Shiftleader, supervisor or management experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting
- Proven ability to lead a team and ensure 100% guest satisfaction
