Description Opening Available for Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative!Job purposeThe Customer Service Representative will assist the Branch Manager with overall operations of the branch office, in particular, customer relations, accounts building and compliance. The CSR will perform in accordance with RMC’s Mission, Vision and Shared Values.· Develop and improve customer relations and provide exceptional service to all customers. · Grow account volume through good judgment and effective customer solicitations at counter and by telephone.· Comply with all company policies and all State and Federal lending regulations; title recording and maintain report.· Minimize delinquent debt through appropriate telephone collection activities.· Post all payments and fees to customer accounts in compliance with Company Policy. · Data entry of loan application and documents. Take and process credit loan applications. Sign checks for loans, branch expenses and money remittances. Close loans as directed by the Manager.Must be Bilingual Spanish/English oral and written fluently.Requirements
Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Customer service and office administrative skills
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office
2+ years of past relevant experience
Spanish Language experience
Deep understanding of Call Center Customer Service
Foundational knowledge in credit collections
Adeptness in cash applications
Bilingual Spanish/English oral and written fluently.
Microsoft Excel experience is highly desired
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanor applied to all tasks
