Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Manager in Willis, Texas, United States. As a key member of our team, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities within the financial services sector, including the processing and management of payroll, the use of various software systems, and the handling of accounting and auditing tasks.Responsibilities: Overseeing the efficient and accurate processing of payroll Utilizing ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian software for payroll management Employing ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for data transfer Generating and interpreting Crystal Reports for data analysis Administering 401k - RRSPs and other benefits Utilizing About Time software for time tracking purposes Handling a range of accounting functions within the organization Carrying out auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance and accuracy Managing benefit functions within the organization, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role related to payroll Proficient in ADP - Financial Services Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now Skilled in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Familiarity with Ceridian software Ability to use Crystal Reports effectively Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration Knowledge of About Time software Proficiency in various accounting functions Experience in auditing processes Understanding of various benefit functions Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
