Job Description
Based in Salt Lake City, UT the Construction and Projects Manager oversees and manages all things construction related. This role would work on the following:
- Oversee the construction,remodel, and expansion of communities.
- Oversee architects, design teams, general and sub contractors in approval, design, and completion of a project
- Participation in site selection, feasibility, and entitlements for new projects
- Collaboratewith stakeholders and ownership team in preparation of proformas for projects under consideration
Qualifications
- Four year degree in Construction Management or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience working inconstruction or project management
- Demonstrated ability to present complex data for analysis,planning and decision making purposes
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)and related software
- Experience and ability to work independently with little oversight in completion of duties listed above
