- Education/Training (both required and desired):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Working on bachelor’s degree in graphics or other relevant discipline required
- Experience:
- 0+ years of professional experience in the required task area
- 1+ years of professional experience in the required task area desired
- Professional experience with MS Office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Professional experience with Indesign or Illustrator, or similar platforms
- Professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge in photography and video editing
- Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
- Must have a basic understanding of creating or editing graphics and videos
- Intern will work 5 – 15 hours per week depending on workload; summer interns may work more
- Must be willing to accept direction from, and interact professionally with supervisor and co-workers
- Must work with integrity and follow assigned tasks through to completion
- Must be self-motivated and able to work autonomously at times
- Maintain positive, open, and productive relationships with both co-workers and customers
- Prioritize work and make good time management decisions
- Provide support to the Business Development Team, Group Program Teams, or company leadership
- Develop graphics or video in support of company website, social media posts, conference materials (brochures, backdrops), magazine ads, proposals
- Keep company style guide updated and ensure products are in line with the style guide to maintain a consistent, high quality company image
