The Digital Experience (DX) business is growing rapidly, and the Marketing organization owns all messaging and positioning of Adobe's suite of products to the market, including prospective customers, existing customers, and partners. In addition, DX Marketing drives demand generation in partnership with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing, provides data-driven customer insights back into the business, and crafts customer journey motions across the full marketing funnel. You will join a team that is creating new strategies and tactics as we continue to evolve what it means to be a best-in-class B2B marketing organization.All 2024 Adobe interns will be 'co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed.What You'll Do
Understand the market, competitors, and our customers to identify customer trends and insights using data analysis and research
Develop your own recommended strategies and tactics, building marketing programs or customer journeys to achieve measurable customer outcomes
Create an end-to-end execution plan for your proposed strategies and programs, including a measurement framework to measure efficiency and market impact
Work cross-functionally with partners across Sales, Product, and Product Marketing to test your hypotheses and refine recommendations
Help scale the Digital Experience Marketing team to continue to optimize our marketing programs and customer impactWhat You Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled full time and pursuing an MBA degree or equivalent advanced degree program
Knowledge of marketing methods, channel strategies, and value proposition creation
Expertise in marketing analytics, marketing automation, content marketing, email marketing, and/or other digital marketing tactics
Ability to develop a project from concept to realization while taking input from key collaborators
Analytical mentality with the ability to assess business problems, structure and evaluate options, and implement those recommendations
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels
High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly
Business acumen and a dedication to understanding the customer
Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technologyDesirable But Not Essential
3+ years work or internship experience in a leading technology company, digital agency, marketing department, or strategy consulting organization
Undergraduate or advanced degree in marketing
Experience creating account-based marketing (ABM) strategies along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for execution
