Your specific responsibilities as a part of our team will be based on the company’s needs as well as your expertise. This position is responsible for assisting in all company legal matters, including company transactions, intellectual property pursuits, compliance with applicable regulations, company privacy practices, and any litigation. Specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:Administering legal department files, emails, projects, and tasksManaging contract, patent, trademark, litigation, corporate, compliance, and other company databases and records, and preparing related reportsAssisting with deadline tracking and following up on delegated projectsEnforcing intellectual property rightsConducting basic contract negotiations and redlines under attorney supervisionPreparing agreements for executionPerforming other paralegal tasks as neededCommunicate potential issues clearly and concisely to stakeholders, to resolve in a timely manner.Anything else that arises to support a fast-pace, innovative company.
