Trove Brands has experienced incredible growth over the past few years and is seeking a talented Recruiter to play a pivotal role in helping to scale that growth. In this role you will have the crucial role in finding, evaluating, and hiring the future Trove team members. While also playing an instrumental capacity in dictating the Trove Brands employer branding strategy and community image.Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:Full cycle recruitmentCreate innovative out-of-the-box recruiting strategies to build a strong pipeline of talent rich in knowledge, skills, and diversitySource candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and university recruitingImplement and lead in employer branding strategiesScreen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualificationsAbility to maintain and fill multiple job requisitions at one time.Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholdersManage and ensure a positive candidate experience
