MW Partners is currently seeking a Product Delivery Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

As a part of Technical Revenue Operations, the Product Owner will work with back office partners to addresscritical business issues or opportunities. The Product Owner is instrumental in helping the Quote to Cash process flow efficiently. Working with teams you will capture user stories of system bugs or enhancements and then coordinate with the engineering teams to resolve and improve operations.

Responsibilities and duties: Product Owner Scrum work Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders Team up with back office subject matter experts (sme) to learn organization processes and systems. Work with sme’s to acquire organizational requirements and needs to build a backlog of user stories forproject delivery Attend daily check in calls with SCRUM team to answer questions and report back on team progress Groom backlog stories so they can be accomplished in sprint time frame (generally 3 weeks) Coordinate and oversee user acceptance testing of sprint / project objectives Organize and run demos of work accomplished after each sprint, obtain approvals of business ownersthat work delivered meets users’ needs Create process flow charts and other needed documents for business change management Support training of users on newly installed workflows and systems Drive and participate in large cross functional teams Navigate the competing needs of multiple partners Monitor booking, invoicing, and revenue recognition Other duties as assigned

Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting Great communication skills. Must be able to articulate complex processes in large group settings. Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty around projects and initiatives Ability to resolve conflict and reach consensus for the good of the company Experience with SCRUM a plus MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.)
