The Client Strategy Manager is part of our Sales team and drives internal account management efforts for all sales-related activities on priority accounts. Client Strategists are assigned to a portfolio of accounts; for each assigned account, a Client Strategist collaborates with an extended team of PwC partners, representing different service areas, as well as a Client Relationship Executive (client-facing sales resource) to drive business development & relationship-building efforts.Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience :4 year(s)Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Bachelor DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:

Driving internal account management activities for assigned accounts in order to build additional client relationships, develop new business opportunities and support strategic sales initiatives;

Managing action items in order to progress pipeline opportunities to ensure momentum and drive accountability;

Managing competitive pursuit processes, including writing proposals and project-managing proposal efforts;

Driving relationship-building activities for assigned accounts, including managing relationship maps/plans and identifying opportunities to utilize marketing activities to drive sales relationships;

Preparing account teams for business development-focused client interactions and presentations, including creating meeting materials;

Organizing account planning calls and strategy sessions and managing account plans;

Utilizing CRM system to manage and analyze sales activities, including understanding current pipeline and opportunity forecasting; and,

Analyzing account financials to better understand pipeline and revenue forecasting and monitor progress against account goals.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

Communicating with impact verbally and in writing, including ability to translate complex business topics into succinct documents and presentations;
