Description We are in the search for a proficient HR Generalist to join our team in the automotive industry based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will primarily be involved in managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and performing HR tasks in line with company policies. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary HR support, driving organizational culture and facilitating communication strategies Coach associates and managers on employee relations issues such as performance management Facilitate dispute resolutions adhering to company policies and legal practices Collaborate closely with operational managers and leaders, advising them on employee matters, compliance, and workforce planning Identify issues and implement solutions, gaining support from others for proposed solutions Manage both strategic initiatives and the execution of day-to-day deliverables Utilize HR data analytics to inform decisions and strategies Conduct recruiting and onboarding activities for new hires Manage benefit functions such as FMLA and ensure compliance in all processes Utilize effective communication skills in English and Spanish to cater to a diverse workforce. Requirements Proficiency in the Spanish language highly preferred Demonstrated experience in HR roles, preferably within a manufacturing setting Strong understanding and ability to implement compliance regulations Proficient in managing employee relations Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition Knowledgeable in managing benefit functions Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Proactive with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving Knowledgeable about employment laws and regulations applicable to the automotive industry Proficient in using HR management software and tools.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
