Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant role based in Sandy, Utah. The role is within the detail oriented services industry where you will be tasked with managing office administration, coordinating company events, managing vendor relations, and supporting various departments with strong administrative skills. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of office administration to ensure smooth daily operations Coordinate company events, luncheons, and meetings in collaboration with relevant departments Serve as the primary contact for vendors, managing relations and communication Handle phone reception duties, including triage, on-hold messages, and staff support for phone system features and updates Assist in the maintenance of annual IT budget in cooperation with the Chief Operations Officer, Controller, and Manager of Marketing Media and Strategic Partnerships Facilitate new permanent orientation and support employee exit procedures, ensuring smooth transitions Oversee the maintenance and replacement of office technology and equipment, as well as ordering office supplies and conducting price comparisons Maintain general office organization and neatness, including storage areas and public spaces Provide primary support for document control, including member/client records Coordinate special data/systems projects as assigned and provide strong administrative support to various departments using Microsoft Word and Excel Support Manager of Marketing Media and Strategic Partnerships with recognition programs, producing and distributing awards certificates and awards, and related projects. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent customer service skills Proficient in managing email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses Strong organizational skills to effectively schedule appointments and manage calendars Excellent data entry skills, with emphasis on accuracy and speed Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated professionalism in dealing with clients and colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
