We’re seeking a temporary Recruiting Coordinator who specializes in sourcing and scheduling.In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and coordinate with top candidates. You’ll be a key player in driving our recruitment efforts by proactively sourcing qualified candidates and ensuring interviews run smoothly.This is an hourly Fixed-Term (Temporary) Employment position anticipated for a period of 4-6 months.
The position will be hired as a W-2 (not 1099) and, while employed, this person will have access to Cricut benefits. No agency or C2C candidates will be considered. Key Responsibilities:Sourcing Talent:Use various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates for open roles.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.Conduct initial outreach and screen candidates to gauge interest and fit for roles.Scheduling Interviews:Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a positive candidate and interviewer experience.Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring teams, including logistics, expectations, and follow-ups.Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and efficiently to minimize delays in the hiring process.Candidate Experience:Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and a positive overall experience.Provide candidates with necessary resources and information to prepare for interviews.Collaboration & Communication:Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.Regularly update stakeholders on the status of sourcing and scheduling efforts.Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve sourcing and scheduling workflows.Stay updated on industry trends and tools to enhance recruitment strategies.Work Location: South Jordan, Utah
