Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator M-F Days Brattleboro, VT (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=66+Pauls+Road+Brattleboro+VT+USA+05302) DescriptionØ Leads the effort at the cold storage level to achieve 100% compliance / accuracy on all shipments.Ø Directly supports forklift operators/other warehouse personnel.Ø Works with the plant management and other available resources to ensure adequate inventory levels are available to meet outbound shipping needs.Ø Support Supply Chain as needed with inventory level and aging information.Ø Coordinate shipping of products out of the warehouse to multi-site locations.Ø Prepare shipping and receiving documents for data entry into the department’s database.Ø Complete and ensure proper use of pallet “license plates”, bill of ladings, and other related shipping documents.Ø Maintain required inventory, freight, and maintenance files for the warehouse.Ø Ensure accurate load out and documenting of shipped/pick up goods.Ø Maintain accurate inventory levels in the Warehouse, including performance of daily physical inventory checks.Ø Perform and assist in the packing and movement of palletized and un-palletized goods.Ø Monitor usage and recording/documentation for rental pallet program.Ø Practice all safety and quality standards and practices.Ø Work overtime or after core- business hours as required to meet work goals / objectives.Ø Follow up with customer service on the status of customer orders/outbound deliver to ensure accurate and timely loading/departure of goods.Ø Seeks out and implements inventory best practices as appropriate.Ø Provides data-driven input regarding supplier incidents, concerns and corrective actions.Ø Performs other duties as assigned.RequirementsØ Experience in a warehouse role performing shipping, receiving and inventory duties.Ø Ability to perform fundamental computer operations.Ø Trained and certified to operate a hand pallet and electric fork lift.Ø Excellent verbal / written communication skills.Ø Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.Ø Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ø Skills in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail.Ø Strong team player and leader with the ability to work and influence others across multiple functions and disciplines.Ø Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus.Salary Description21-22 to start
