Either Second or Third Shift available. Head up our night time production! Must be proficient at creaming, reverse creaming (two stage) laminate doughs and some basic yeast doughs. This is a self supervised position, must be experienced with all scratch made batters & doughs. Have the kitchen to yourself while you make pies, breads, cookie doughs, cakes and more. Two shift options: 6pm - 2am OR 2am - 9am. Sunday - Friday (Friday Saturday off)
