Hen of the Wood - Waterbury is looking for a full-time elevated line cook with a minimum of 3 years of experience in high volume, high quality, chef driven restaurants. This is an opportunity to be trained on Garde Manger, Oven, Saute, and Grill stations to become a lead line cook and trainer. Our culinary team is professional, passionate, and deeply engaged in learning. Our Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and Lead Line Cooks offer a ton of experience to help you grow your skill.
