Hen of the Wood Waterbury is looking for an entry level line cook for shifts on Monday, Friday, and Sunday. This position would likely begin on Garde Manger (cold station) with salads, small plates, oysters, and desserts. We are willing to train the right person to join our team! Our current culinary team are professional, passionate, and deeply engaged in learning. Our Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and Lead Line Cooks offer a ton of experience to help you grow your skill.
