Seeking to hire a Primary Care Provider

Thomas Chittenden Health Center in Williston, Vermont is looking for a new primary care provider. The clinic has been serving patients since 1969 and has 11 primary care practitioners. We have onsite X-ray, laboratory, social workers, care coordinators, psychiatric NP's, and a dietitian among other staff providing multidisciplinary care in a supportive environment.
