Hiring 2 Night Cleaner positions in Montpelier. Pay is $128-$148 per day based on experience. Shift hours available to clean are between 10pm and 6am. Monday thru Friday. The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
No experience required, but preferred and on the job training provided
No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
Clean interior partition glass, windows
Gather and empty trash
Sweep. Vacuum and mop
Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment
Service, clean, and supply restrooms
