Job Summary:
A great opportunity to learn about a variety of equipment, from small engines to earth moving equipment and enhance your mechanical skills in a dynamic environment. You will be working as part of our equipment rental team with a focus on construction rental equipment. Job responsibilities include helping to maintain rental equipment as well as performing minor repairs and customer service. You will have the opportunity to work on vehicles including but not limited to excavators, skid-steers, loaders, lifts and trucks.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Helping to maintain a mixed fleet of rental equipment with opportunities to work on lifts, pumps, trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
Helping to perform repairs, regular maintenance, and cleaning.
Help customers with rental equipment during the check-in and return process.
Effectively manage use of time.
Assist in maintaining service records.
Clean and organize shop/vehicle maintenance work areas.
Meet with shop supervisor to evaluate equipment, exchange information, resolve problems, etc.
Communicate thoroughly and clearly with all staff.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Have a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
Always provide superior service to our customers.
