We provide services to over 50 general contractors as well as hospital, school and industrial facilities. This position includes the following responsibilities but not limited to the following:

Customer service to all customers and businesses, Set up customer jobs in QuickBooks and Current Job spreadsheet, Create and submit product literature and shop drawings for all current jobs, daily recording of employee time sheets, contracts, orders, order confirmations, shipping details etc Enter vendor invoices in QuickBooks, provide assistance to the president of the company when needed, provide closeout documentation for all jobs.
