Your Responsibilities

Highgate Apartments is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant. The community consists of 120 units and is located in Barre, VT. The work hours are 21 per week, between 9:00am to 4:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You will be responsible for assisting with answering phones, greeting visitors, processing applications, annual recertifications, bank deposits, filing, and assisting with the weekly food bank distribution.

Your Qualifications

Previous administrative experience in property management is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
