Small Business Seeking a part time Real Estate Manager
Responsibilities include:
Managing properties
Responding to Maintenance Requests
Setting up listings and taking care of showings
Finding new tenants as needed
Regular checks of properties to ensure safety and compliance
Managing inspections for the city and insurance companies
If capable, manager can do small maintenance tasks as well for more hours
