I am looking for a compassionate, reliable, good-hearted female to provide occasional transportation for my 70 year old mother. She is fun to be around and just a really good person. She has some mild developmental disabilities, but she does not require any personal care. She really just needs to make sure she can run her errands, such as going to get groceries, her medicines, and run bank and post office errands. It may be just a few hours once or twice a month. We could also set up a contract of say every two weeks you are available for 3 hours at a time that is convenient for you, but is during normal business hours so she can hit the bank, etc. So, if you would love a little pocket money and to help someone who can't drive herself this could be a great gig for you and really provide some essential assistance for her. Please only apply if you can see yourself truly being available and would be willing to give her at least a months notice if you were to move on (which is totally fine, of course), as it puts her in a very vulnerable position, as she can't drive herself and has essential needs that needs to be met. Pay is $20.00/ hour and the current mileage reimbursement rate from when you leave your home to when you drop her off.
