In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and transform them into efficient and user-friendly solutions, empowering our organization to make data-driven decisions and optimize operations.This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office with work performed at client site in Arlington, VA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.Your future duties and responsibilities: Design, Develop & Maintain Solutions: Build custom applications, workflows and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents. Manage & Coach Staff: Create and manage development schedule for multiple developers, reporting to project leadership of risks and delays, making assignments and translating technical requirements to ensure business user needs are met. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams and Stakeholders: Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective, scalable Power Platform solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, data architects, and project managers to define solution requirements and design solutions that address business needs effectively. Solution Architecture: Oversee the design and development of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate workflows, Power Virtual Agents chatbots, and Power BI reports. Ensure that designs are scalable, secure, and efficient.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:Technical Skills:o Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.o Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and Common Data Service (Dataverse).o Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and other external systems.o Experience with Azure Functions, PowerShell, and REST APIs is a plus.Experience:o 2-4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, with at least 1 year overseeing the working of others / leading a small development team.o Experience in low-code/no-code development and business process automation.o Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and cloud solutions.Soft Skills:o Excellent communication skills to interact with project and client leadership, business stakeholders users, and technical teams.o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.o Ability to organize and prioritize the work assignments of others.CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
