The Red Gate Group is seeking a Program Manager to join our team supporting the Acquisition Policy & Innovation (API) Directorate within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition and Sustainment) (OUSD(A&S)).As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in responding promptly to government requests, managing subcontractor performance, and ensuring seamless coordination of program activities. You will actively participate in internal and external meetings, providing valuable insights and support to government stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:
Responding to government requests in a timely manner, ensuring the delivery of requested information or establishing reasonable timelines for delivery.
Integrating and managing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with organizational and personal conflict of interest (OCI/PCI) regulations.
Facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, distributing preparatory materials, and documenting meeting outcomes, including tracking action items and assignments.
Developing and maintaining government-approved briefings, effectively communicating within-scope topics to senior government officials.
Generating and submitting Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), highlighting project progress, metrics, pending deliverables, and significant contract management issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Program Management experience
Communicates effectively verbally and in writing
Able to effectively brief Flag Officers, General Officers, Senior Executive Service members
At least two years experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Explorer, Edge, SharePoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
