AECOM is seeking a creative and highly talented Senior Mechanical Engineer for immediate employment in our Dallas, TX office.  For the right candidate, this position can be remote.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Leading or assisting with the design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems as well as plumbing systems for DoD, and Mission Critical Facility projects.Perform Construction Administration services, including review of shop drawings, RFI’s and review of contractor proposed change ordersEvaluate feasibility of alternative design approaches in conjunction with senior team membersPerform site/field visits to ascertain existing conditions including equipment condition evaluationsOrganize/plan projects to ensure quality controls and project criteria are met and within budget  Assist in preparing proposals and presenting to ClientsAssist with mentoring of junior staff within the Mechanical DepartmentReview and edit specificationsInteract and work with a diverse set of clients and subcontractors
