If you have strong program management, IT infrastructure and/or programming experience, and can communicate highly technical concepts to audiences at different stages in the AWS journey, we’d like to speak with you. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join AWS to help us drive functional parity across all AWS Regions. In this role, your primary responsibility will be delivering a consistent customer experience for all AWS customers through API parity.Key job responsibilitiesA TPM will work closely with Service Teams, Infrastructure, and Business Development in driving toward a consistent customer experience across all AWS Regions. You will collaborate with Product Teams to design solutions that make efficient use of resources and technologies. You will work with all stakeholders to develop milestones and schedules that ensure functional consistency across regions. You will assess risks, anticipate issues, overcome technical obstacles, make difficult trade-off decisions, and balance business needs and technical constraints.About the teamThe Global Product Expansion Team defines the core AWS product offering (which services go where) and creates a consistent customer experience across all AWS infrastructure offerings. We are product managers, TPMs, and data evangelists that build products and drive expansion of services and features, providing customers what they want, when they want it.Basic Qualifications

3+ years of technical product or program management experience

2+ years of software development experience

3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
