Maintenance/Handyman-Part time

Part time handy man needed to do routine mobile home community and air bnb properties. Flexible hours. Change locks, minor repairs, painting, drywall, light carpentry, trouble shoot minor plumbing or carpentry items. Must be able to lift 50lbs and have reliable transportation.
