Cabinet Shop Help Wanted – Full-Time Position
Seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our custom cabinetry shop in Charlottesville. Duties include cabinet assembly, basic woodworking, and general shop assistance. Prior experience with woodworking tools or cabinetry is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important.
Job Details:
Assist with cabinet assembly and build tasks
Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided if needed)
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
Help with material handling, sanding, and finishing as needed
Qualifications:
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Experience in woodwork or manufacturing preferred, but not required
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
