Position: Maintenance Technician
Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Richmond, VA
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Handle general repairs including electrical, plumbing, and appliances
Prepare units for new residents (painting, drywall, minor repairs)
Work efficiently to maintain resident satisfaction
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
HVAC certification (must provide documentation)
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
