Residential Plumbing Manager

Overview of Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee residential plumbing project

- Review and maintain budgets

- Prepare invoices for accounting

- Prepare weekly time sheet for accounting

- Order material and release when needed

- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, employees, and internal teams to ensure timelines and objectives are met

- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise with the house, townhouse, and/or building during the life cycle

- Prepare field take-offs

- Work closely with plumbing inspectors

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Knowledge of plumbing systems and residential plumbing codes

- Effective communication and customer service skills

- Valid / Good driver’s license

- Competitive compensation ($65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience)
