The Project Manager shall provide supervision of all CMI on-site staff and will manage the overall coordination of services and performance at CMI’s 24/7 customer site in Culpeper, VA.Key Job FunctionsResponsible for meeting the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the contract execution and manage service requests, emergencies, projects, etc.Responsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures, identifying inadequate performance, and training or re-training personnel on proper procedures, and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthlyOversee the operations, staffing and performance, ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality, cost effective and timely mannerResponsible for formulating and enforcing work standards; assigning schedules; coordinating work; reviewing discrepancies;Overall supervision of contractor personnel and subcontractors;Communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization; quality control; and customer satisfaction.Ensure any required corrective action complies with contract performanceReview monthly inspections of preventive maintenance system conducted by Chief EngineerShall be onsite in a full-time capacity during normal building hours and on-call to respond to emergencies.
